How to make a complaint
As an appointed representative of Beneficial Ltd, complaints should be directed to Beneficial Ltd using any of the following methods:

Please provide your name, contact details, and a clear description of your complaint along with any relevant dates or reference numbers.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and in any event within 5 business days of receiving it.
- Investigation: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and keep you informed of our progress.
- Final response: We aim to resolve all complaints and issue a final response within 8 weeks of receipt.
Our final response will set out our findings, any action we propose to take, and information about your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you are not satisfied
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, or if we have not provided a final response within 8 weeks, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):

The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free and impartial service for resolving disputes between consumers and financial businesses. You must refer your complaint to the FOS within 6 months of receiving our final response.
Please note that the Financial Ombudsman Service will not be able to assist where your complaint relates to a buy-to-let mortgage, unless you or a family member live or intend to live at the property.
